Tell Sprite to restore Argentina’s forests!

It turns out that lemony fresh taste in your can of Sprite is the result of illegal forest destruction in northern Argentina.

Last year, Greenpeace revealed that one of Sprite’s suppliers of concentrated lemon juice cleared 3,000 hectares of native forest, violating Argentina’s Forest Law in the process. Sprite knows it’s in the wrong, but the company won’t do the right thing and restore Argentina’s nature until it hears from you.

Sprite and its supplier have promised to restore 1,400 of the 3,000 cleared hectares — but that’s not good enough. We can’t rest until all of the illegally destroyed forest has been restored and Sprite adopts a zero deforestation policy to make sure this never happens again!
