Ask your MP: contact the Environment Secretary and call for proper marine protection

The government is failing to properly protect our Marine Protected Areas - so we’re taking action. Over the past 2 weeks we’ve placed boulders on the sea bed of a supposedly protected area in the North Sea, to begin to protect it from destructive bottom trawlers. Now we’re bringing our message right to the government’s front door.

We’re delivering a 1.25 tonne sculpture to Environment Secretary George Eustice, made from the same type of boulder we’ve placed on the Dogger Bank, to call on him to listen to the overwhelming public support and ban industrial fishing in our Marine Protected Areas.

Ask your MP to contact George Eustice and call for a ban of destructive fishing in Marine Protected Areas.
