The Turkish government has banned almost all UK plastic waste - the UK government can’t just find another country to dump this on. Boris Johnson, be a leader and take responsibility for the UK’s plastic waste.

The UK government must take responsibility for our plastic waste. Boris Johnson, stop dumping our waste on other countries and fix our plastic crisis.

First China said no to our plastic waste, now Turkey. Don’t just find another country to exploit - take responsibility, stop dumping our waste on other countries and reduce the amount of plastic we make and use in the first place.

The government announced a bottle return scheme in 2017 - this would help stop billions of bottles being wasted every year. To help fix the plastic crisis the government must introduce an all-inclusive bottle return scheme now and stop dumping our waste on other countries.

Banning cotton buds, straws and stirrers isn’t going to stop the plastic crisis. The government must take proper action, stop dumping our waste overseas and introduce a target to cut single-use plastic by 50% by 2025!

We're producing so much plastic waste that UK plastic is being dumped and burned in Turkey. Recycling alone won't solve this, Boris Johnson you must cut the UK's single-use plastic by 50% by 2025.

Plastic can only be recycled a limited number of times. That's why the only solution to  fix our plastic crisis is to cut the UK's single-use plastic by 50% by 2025.
